In fact the GPS address leads us behind the hotel without the possibility of access to the entrance!!! Long and unprofessional reception. I ask for 4 breakfasts, I pay for them… and in the morning we are told that we only paid for 2 and we pay a second time! trace of mold in the bathroom and just hot water.

-The bathroom in the room needs some work: dysfunctional flush, wobbly toilet, lots of mold, etc. A teapot that doesn't work and that needs to be moved to a bedside table to plug it in…. The common areas are old and sad. The breakfast is not really up to par…. Apart from the pastries, the rest is really a disaster!

Aging hotel Bedding correct but room that smells of cigarettes. The room service is done only on request and even by asking, only the towels have been changed. Non-functional bathroom, narrow bathtub with shower connection hose too short, heating does not work and cleaning more than approximate. Very good hotel, very clean, hearty breakfast. The only downside we encountered was the welcome, a cold welcome, not pleasant at all. We felt like we were bothering this person. Not even a smile, barely said hello. Frankly, we were very close to leaving for another hotel. Very quiet place, the staff are super friendly except for one who was particularly boring, rude and a way of speaking not at all suitable for a customer. This lady should be fired or change jobs.

The hotel is very well placed, however the maintenance of the bathroom needs to be reviewed, mold on a large part of the ceiling, the window which did not close properly with outside temperatures around 1 degree.... The correct breakfast and the perfect welcome.

Just for one night

+Apart from the bedding for the rest, a lot of things to review. The spotless location as our stay was for the purpose of visiting the carp and catfish forum so for one night it is passable.

-The state of the hotel really needs to be reviewed, the establishment could use a lot of sprucing up because it gives and dirty appearance, for my part the tiled floor of the shower was broken the moldy joints the walls of the room presented stains a a good coat of paint is needed. As for the common areas there were electrical outlets ripped out and the breakfast room had an overall rundown look to it.

We stopped at this hotel on the ski route. The staff are welcoming and friendly. We had a room for 4 people which is not always easy to find in hotels. The room was clean and in good condition. We had a quiet night with no noise (apart from the elevator which we could hear a bit). The breakfast was sufficiently provided and varied (croissant, pain au chocolat, bread...). We were happy with our short stay.
