-Far below what the price would justify. Poor soundproofing, no pressure in the shower, defective desk lamp, inaccessible restaurant, WiFi which generates security alerts. Very disappointing.

We love this majestic building which evokes the luxury of thermal stays of past centuries, but with impeccable facilities, comfort, cleanliness and concern for customer satisfaction. The breakfast is excellent, abundant and varied. Don't miss the homemade nutella, chocolate and grated hazelnuts. The dinner was perfect, very good products cooked with talent and inventiveness, very well presented and with attentive service and very generous portions. We had taken the romantic stay, overnight stay and Celt'ô access package, I recommend!

Disappointing

+The hotel is located at the bottom of Bourbon-Lancy near the spa park and a body of water. Beautiful cloister and period spa hotel.

-We booked this hotel for the spa but it was closed for renovations. Place quite retro and not very modern. PS: booking charged us the room 30€ more than the standard price directly with the hotel!! Scandalous!..

Refreshing and quirky

+We liked the somewhat "old-fashioned" side of the hotel, its location, its proximity to the wellness area and the very natural environment.

-On the other hand, the hotel is quite badly soundproofed and the beds too close to the door, which means that the light from the corridor is very disturbing. The shower is really small, it deserves to be enlarged, especially as there is space. No fridge in the rooms, which is also a shame.

We had an unforgettable Christmas Eve! Excellent cuisine, a very good chef. A festive meal that made us discover flavors with quality products. A welcome and an exceptional sense of service, we were very caring for a weekend. The building is steeped in history and very clean, pleasant. The formula with the privatized spa was very valuable! We are already making an appointment for next year!

Very nice hotel, old style. We had a magnificent, very spacious room, bathroom with bathtub with massage jets. Very welcoming receptionist. With the room we had a 2 hour access to Celto, guaranteed relaxation! Breakfast with lots of choice. We will come back !

We were accommodated in the Villa des Marronniers, the apartment was refurbished in 2022. Very beautiful, quiet and comfortable but apart from the hotel which did not bother us. By cons complicated arrival, we start by assigning us the wrong room without a bed for our son and then arrived at the apartment still no bed for our son. In the end 1 hour to finally be able to settle down. Luckily the staff were helpful and friendly.

I slept very well there. Lovely and very smiling staff. The offer with the 2 hours of spa is frankly affordable. We will be sure to return when the opportunity arises.

Charming hotel!

+Ideal for a stopover with a family, very well located just at the foot of the old Bourbon. Very quiet and very charming place. Comfortable family room, good bedding, very pleasant breakfast on the small terrace and excellent hospitality! in short, I recommend!

Beautiful hotel with pleasant common areas and radiant and helpful staff. However the room was tiny and was not soundproofed at all, the walls are comparable to paper, you can hear absolutely everything that happens outside and next door (cleaning, passage, small jobs) The bed creaks a lot when you lie down and move a minimum, a horror, we could not have the restful night we had hoped for. Breakfast is ok, nothing special.

Excellent service when booking. all questions were answered immediately, a parking space in the multi-storey car park was searched for and reserved for us. When we had to cancel at short notice due to illness, the hotel responded very courteously and friendly.

We loved the hotel the gentleman who was at the reception on Friday evening ADORABLE, it's a pleasure to be welcomed in this way. The clean rooms RAS and you feel good there, the location is great, the breakfast is plentiful enough to fill you up in the morning and the lady who asked us (at breakfast) was sunny, caring and adorable too. The only downside for us is the lady who was there on Saturday 18 in the morning quite freezing, it's a shame. But otherwise nothing to say beautiful hotel inside and out !!!! We will come back !

Very nice hotel with a sober and simple decoration. Very nice and competent staff. Of course it's not the countryside but it's quiet in a quiet street and you sleep very well in good bedding. The breakfast could be slightly improved and we were not warned of the ground works in the hallway of our floor.

+Nice hotel in a beautiful village. We stayed with our four children. The rooms are spacious on the first floor, a little less on the second. Breakfast at 10€ adults and 5€ children: very reasonable price because very copious. The village is magnificent.

-Too bad the rooms were not juxtaposed as we had requested on booking.

+We were very kindly received by the couple managing the hotel. They took great care of us and gave us all the information we needed. The room was very good, overlooking the small village square. The location of the hotel allowed us to take a walk in town and find a good little restaurant for dinner: Les sources. Very good night in peace, excellent breakfast. The owners are really lovely. We felt like we were at home. We highly recommend this establishment if you are going to the area. We were there to take our children and grandchildren to PAL, an animal and amusement park near Bourbon Lancy.

A calm and pleasant hotel in Paris. The staff is welcoming, the decoration sober and cozy. Price opportunities to be seized on certain days. Close to essential metro lines, including Montparnasse station. Close to Parc Monceau, a must among my favorite parks. Friendly shops and bistros. The ideal stopover outside the very center of the capital!

Room rather small but cute and bathroom also but nice and above all you don't need more for a short stay. However when at 8 am a dog wakes up the hotel that I go down to ask why let him howl and the reception answers you mr the dog has been operated on and he is in pain! I agree, but you don't leave the whole hotel awake when you go to lunch! Really disgusted we wanted to rest even had lunch in the room at 10am to make the most of the night and the paff! 8:30 woke up unable to go back to sleep. Won't be back

Room quite nice and clean as is the bathroom. A bit noisy (we were on the ground floor, and in the morning the comings and goings of customers were a bit disturbing). Very warm welcome from the receptionist.

Very pleasantly surprised by this hotel and the services offered. I particularly appreciated the free access to the sauna upon reservation. A small point of vigilance concerning the night watchman who converses on his smartphone in loudspeaker mode with his voice which can be heard in the stairwell and the bedrooms on the 1st floor.
