Apart from the location which is really perfect (everything is on site), the hotel itself is not really the most pleasant. The walls are so thin that you can hear the children in the next room screaming at 7 a.m. in their bathroom, the breakfast is frankly not very varied, not to mention the room, two single beds impossible to keep side by side as when booking it was a valentine's offer, it wasn't the most romantic…

This was our third visit to Vitam Parc and we were terribly disappointed. The water was colder, the water in the slides icy, the paddling pool also icy. We met many people who, like us, found that the Vitamparc service had deteriorated considerably. the hotel is really top but if the services of the Vitam Parc do not improve we will have no interest in returning. The room for 3 was very spacious.

I had given instructions to the hotel team, if it was possible to make 1 sweets basket with 1 note in our room to wish him his birthday and surprise him! Beyond my expectations, the governess decorated the bed with balloons of all colors, accompanied by a cake and a note to wish her!!! Thank you again for her, she loved this approach. First time we came to VITAM, a great experience, the hotel was very nice, a little noisy with friends on the landing but at the same time it was not the hotel's fault but the good manners of the people. We will be back with the rest of the family.

Our meeting with friends after skiing, for 10 years that we have been frequenting this establishment. He is just perfect. Lovely reception and catering staff. They respond to any requests or problems. A fresh and good breakfast worthy of a very large hotel despite the huge traffic jams in front of the food at busy times and the very narrow place to eat together when you are a group of 8 or 9.

I do not recommend you! First room we were assigned seen on the supermarket, when we ask for a room a little better, we are told that the windows are tinted (verification is wrong), we are assigned another room seen on the parking lot. Hot water does not work. Brief…

Small family stay in this hotel where I had already come some time ago. It has been redecorated with a very nice atmosphere with very nice Scandinavian style sofas. A children's corner has been set up, it's a great idea, the children loved it. The panda in Lego is magnificent. We benefited from a family room for 5 which is very practical. Too bad there aren't more. Lunch is very good with real "bulk" tea. There is just a lack of herbal teas please for those who do not drink tea or coffee. Thank you for the kindness of the staff as well.

Many times we come to this hotel, we are never disappointed. Despite a slight inconvenience (no towels in the room) the reception was very responsive. Breakfast well supplied and of good quality. Top location near Vitam park.

2 nights spent this weekend with an arrival on Friday, unpleasant surprise to see on Saturday afternoon when we returned that the room had not been made and the towels not replaced! I inform the lady at the reception who tells me that she was going to see what she can do… well nothing happened, I'm still waiting for clean towels! Not very customer service!
