+Restaurant: The waitresses and the bearded waiter were very nice and attentive. They respected my request for a very well located and spacious room. All the room and reception staff were very smiling and friendly.

-Catering: The tattooed waiter was unfriendly, cold and unpleasant. Too long a wait between courses. One evening, I had the dessert canceled after more than half an hour of waiting when we had only taken 2 dishes and ordered everything at the same time. The sometimes dirty cutlery and the last breakfast trays had coffee stains. The menu at the bar was not up to date: it was noted that you could eat there, 3 small dishes were offered. Eating little, that suited us, we had organized ourselves accordingly and at 12:45, we were told that that was no longer done... Not cool.

The buffet breakfast was complete and good. We appreciated the fresh orange juice or mixed juice, even if you had to make it yourself.

-The air conditioning was not working. A bug in our bed and a former tenant's hair on the bathroom sink were unpleasantly seen and removed by us. The restaurant has a very limited menu, but we ate very well. Stoves are available to make your own fried eggs for example, which is not worthy of a 4 star

-The standard of the room is not there, 200€ per night and there is no welcome kit (only 1 mini soap and 1 mini shampoo / shower gel) no cotton swabs, the tray kettle without tea but soluble coffee. The bed is comfortable. The toilets and bathroom deserve a refresh as they are very old-fashioned.

+This stay was a pleasant surprise, after reading some mixed reviews. The room was large, the bedding very good, the bathroom was clean. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful. The big plus point turned out to be the breakfast: there was fresh squeezed orange juice, EXCELLENT bread (Meilleur Ouvrier de France), loose tea from the Palais des Thés (with great teapots to infuse yourself in good quantity, it's rare) and everything you usually find in a hotel breakfast: cereals, fruit, cold meats etc... The hotel lent us bicycles (mountain bikes ) and helmets, we were able to take a long walk around the lake (on the road). I did a great aqua gym class, the steam room was spacious, the facilities were clean and in good condition, although it's true when in the bubble pool area, it was still crowded (lots of people ). However, we did not try the restaurant for lunch or dinner.

-I may not have seen clearly, but the booking site did not indicate at the time of my reservation that the spa would close on Sunday evening for several days due to annual maintenance. Suggestion for breakfast: put local jams rather than small individual pots that generate a lot of waste

A superb view of the small port. On foot not far from the center. Restaurant on site well reserved. Lots of cleanliness and hygiene. For the SPA bathrobes provided. The small jacuzzi is very hot, it's great. Beauty salon for massages or body treatments. Rooms for people with reduced mobility, toilet and shower grab bar, and shower seat, congratulations to the hotel for having thought of this handicap which necessarily requires these facilities. Bedding at the top very good mattress with mattress topper.

Top room Top breakfast I was very disappointed by the swimming pool… we came to have a relaxing time, it was quite the opposite: a lot of people in the pools, saunas and armored hammams (not even able to go there), courses baby swimmers on Sunday mornings… I find it very disappointing that the pools are open to outsiders. For more than 200€ per night, we benefited as much (if not less) than an external person who paid 30€ for 3 hours. You might as well go straight to a municipal swimming pool (all things considered, it doesn't change that much). I don't recommend this place, if you want to relax go elsewhere, you won't find your happiness here. Do not count on me to promote your establishment.

When we noticed these problems no commercial gesture was offered, I find that a bit of a shame given the rather high price of this hotel. On the other hand, the view was superb, and the spa very nice!

-Incompetent staff at the restaurant are not very welcoming, not attentive to customers. The room too hot I understand that we should not put the air conditioning, but it should at least be ventilated. So we slept with the bay window open, noisy neighbors and cigarette smoke as a bonus.

I am very happy with this establishment. The rooms are clean and spacious. The spa part is very pleasant (especially at the end of the day when there are few people). The breakfast is very rich and excellent. Small flat on the pressure of the tap in the room. And also on the catering part: maybe not at the level of a 4-star restaurant. But if you want to have a great time I recommend this hotel!

I recently stayed at the Marina Hotel & Spa in Adelphia and was pleasantly surprised with my overall experience. The restaurant was fantastic and the breakfast was plentiful which started my day off right. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a large bed which allowed me to sleep well. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

We reported it a second time to reception, and when we left to tell them that the door was still without a lock, but apparently the lady at reception was not aware. No commercial gesture, any welcome.

Nothing to say about the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and this magnificent SPA! but big disappointment with the Bar & Restaurant. Sunday, January 01, we went to the bar to have explanations on the menu, we are told that before 19 p.m. you can order products on the bar menu and after you have to go to the Restaurant. Around 21 p.m., we go to the Restaurant but we can't serve ourselves, we had to book! when there were few people and by a miracle we managed to have a cold snack... The next day, we wanted to choose things from the Bar menu (before 19 p.m.) but the waitress was a bit lost who explained to us that 'there is nothing left ! that same day, a gentleman was at the bar, he was hungry and no one could prepare anything for him, even a simple snack! surreal for a 4-star establishment! To return to the Bar, too slow, and impossible to order anything other than Waffles! a very poor menu, poor Bar/Restaurant organization. Why not modify the Map in this case? or put a sign at the entrance... Too bad because the place is superb!

I recently stayed at the Marina Hotel & Spa in Adelphia and have to say I was very impressed with the quality of the establishment. First of all, the bedding was absolutely perfect. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were soft and fluffy. I slept really well during my stay. Also, the hotel staff was extremely attentive and helpful. They really took care of me and made my stay as pleasant as possible. I felt very welcome and appreciated their kindness and professionalism. Finally, the whole hotel was very clean and well maintained. The spa facilities were fantastic and I had a very relaxing time in the pool and sauna. Everything was perfectly organized and well thought out, which made my stay even more pleasant.
