Really good hotel! Hygiene level everything needs to be reviewed, there is mold, wear marks all around the shower and on the toilet bowl. Smell of urine upon entering the room. The furniture is old. There are marks on the walls. The ground was sticky. We didn't dare to settle in as we had to, so much that we weren't comfortable. Location level is still a bit far from the metro, and the surroundings are not great. Frankly I do not recommend! Hello, I'm going to tell you about my great one-night stay at the Hotel Kyriad in St Ouen! First of all, I would like to point out that the reception staff were at the top, no worries in terms of sociability, very pleasant and attentive to our needs. Moreover, arriving in the hallway and the room is another story. First, the cleaning people are not polite at all, on the phone with headphones, no hello, the carts blocking the way. Well, not great at all!!! But arrived in the room, even worse It smelled of tobacco in the nose (knowing that just before on the counter, we had seen the poster which warns of a fine of 99€ and being smokers we had taken note and our precautions. ). The hotel offered to change our room, but since we were in a hurry, they put a prompter on all afternoon and evening. And finally, a lot of damage in the room, and level of cleaning, this leaves something to be desired given the price of the room I expected better! See the photos below, white marks all over the room, the stained lampshade, the coat rack that doesn't even stick to the wall, the broken toilet, and at the level of the water inlet of the shower was miserable, no water power! Obviously two stars for the personal of the hotel.

-Just a pity that the deluxe room overlooking the river that I had booked only had a large bed rather than 2 separate beds so we were forced to sleep in a standard room, with no view, much smaller but I have to say very quiet. -The very central location is also a constraint when it comes to finding a parking space. These are quite limited in the neighborhood. In addition, no charging station is available nearby for electric vehicles.

We partially liked the decor, sometimes trendy and sometimes a little too much...especially all the elevator paintings...not to my taste at all . -I have a lot of trouble with everything connected and more particularly with the lack of staff. A hotel is above all a service. Outside, I find the fact of not having a crippling and potentially dangerous night receptionist, I don't like having to click on a QRcode to get the details of the services....the floors must be reviewed and soundproofed. As soon as the customer upstairs moves, it resonates in the downstairs room, the chairs are heavy and make a terrible noise when moved. The spaces between the double windows must be cleaned as well as the external bars

The hotel is well located near the Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. It's very useful. The receptionist Monsieur Léon is courteous, attentive and very professional. We are really well received there. There are shops, restaurants and public transport and metro nearby. I will gladly return to the Best Western Sure Hotel Paris Gare du Nord!
