You should definitely reserve your table here in advance. The hotel is also very well maintained, the rooms are large, and since there is always an extra door in the hallway, they are also quiet. Really good hotel! Hygiene level everything needs to be reviewed, there is mold, wear marks all around the shower and on the toilet bowl. Smell of urine upon entering the room. The furniture is old. There are marks on the walls. The ground was sticky. We didn't dare to settle in as we had to, so much that we weren't comfortable. Location level is still a bit far from the metro, and the surroundings are not great. Frankly I do not recommend! Hello, I'm going to tell you about my great one-night stay at the Hotel Kyriad in St Ouen! First of all, I would like to point out that the reception staff were at the top, no worries in terms of sociability, very pleasant and attentive to our needs. Moreover, arriving in the hallway and the room is another story. First, the cleaning people are not polite at all, on the phone with headphones, no hello, the carts blocking the way. Well, not great at all!!! But arrived in the room, even worse It smelled of tobacco in the nose (knowing that just before on the counter, we had seen the poster which warns of a fine of 99€ and being smokers we had taken note and our precautions. ). The hotel offered to change our room, but since we were in a hurry, they put a prompter on all afternoon and evening. And finally, a lot of damage in the room, and level of cleaning, this leaves something to be desired given the price of the room I expected better! See the photos below, white marks all over the room, the stained lampshade, the coat rack that doesn't even stick to the wall, the broken toilet, and at the level of the water inlet of the shower was miserable, no water power! Obviously two stars for the personal of the hotel.
