Given the location of the hotel, access to free parking is significant The restaurant staff is not up to the standard of a 4 star. Staff are running around and are inefficient. We arrived at 19:30 p.m., received the card and ordered an aperitif which was served quickly. The order of the dish was taken and served quickly too, too quickly because 10 minutes must have passed between the 2 (we had not finished our appetizer). Halfway through our plate, we still didn't have the bottle of wine ordered, we had to ask for it. The dishes were good. It then passed 40min before we were served and we could order our dessert. More than 45 min still passed after ordering and we still didn't have our dessert, no one informed us of anything. Tired of waiting, we got up to leave and there a waitress reacted. We benefited from a commercial gesture (aperitifs offered) and a flat apology mentioning the lack of staff and the covid. Two days later at breakfast, 45 minutes before the end of the indicated breakfast time, a waiter was already setting up the tables for lunch on the terrace when people were arriving. Customers had to ask for the replenishment of empty trays, there was no towel to cut the bread, everyone going there with their bare hands. Instead of setting up the tables for lunch, it would have been better for the staff to focus on the breakfast buffet.

We appreciated the bar and restaurant service by the pool which adds extra comfort. Sleeping service at the height (cleanliness, clean towels and security of access to the rooms). In addition, the SPA is very pleasant (massage with Tristan at the top and nice course inside the spa). The car park is very useful (except when you park cars in front of others, which is very annoying if you have an appointment somewhere).

-- Service in the restaurant is not at all up to 4*: the table and the floor are not clean (the floor sticks when you walk), many mistakes (we are served the wrong dishes, the waiter forgot to let us taste the wine (we served ourselves), the plates were placed on the table inappropriately, we heard the staff yelling at each other in the kitchens), not to mention the fact that the dishes were bland and ultimately very expensive for the actual quality. Breakfast service: full room (no solution offered, the person offered to be outside while it was raining). - Lack of towels / bathrobe in the room on our arrival: There were the necessary bathroom (towels, products and bathrobe) only for 2 people in the room when we were 3 people. We asked for towels and bathrobe the evening of our arrival, we were told that we had to wait until the next morning (how does the 3rd person wash?). We had to go back to reception again because there was still no towel the next day at 10:30 a.m. - Noisy room: We could hear loud noises coming from upstairs very early in the morning and late at night. - Reception (decent welcome but far from a 4* standard): the person remains seated at his desk, we are not offered help to carry the luggage, no accompaniment from the room). Too bad not to have had a warm welcome knowing that this is the first contact with the hotel staff. Overall it feels like the staff are working in the hotel out of spite, you don't feel harmony and energy from the staff which tarnishes the hotel experience (yet the place has a lot of potential).

The spa is beautiful but you quickly go around. The hotel is very good but it should lower their rates because it is still very expensive (July/August) for the services provided. The staff is aware of this and we have found solutions to make our 3-night stay as enjoyable as possible :)

Very nice services at a high price for an unfortunately forgettable stay

+The services are of high quality, the room is very spacious and comfortable. Be careful at -4 you have a view of the vegetation and you have to guess the sea between the branches...it doesn't matter because we didn't come to see the sea even if the panorama is very beautiful (you can enjoy from the parking lot or the bar). The spa treatments are of high quality although very expensive...but we are in a luxury category where very wealthy customers are probably not used to looking at the prices. On the other hand, the reception at the spa was very pleasant and the staff charming.

-The welcome was cold although the explanations were clear and precise. We don't necessarily feel welcome, too bad. The equipment in the rooms is top notch, a small dressing room is even provided, but there is no safe to leave jewelery and money in while you are at the spa, which is surprising. Another detail, the bathroom has a very large window barely obscured by an opaque film that does not cover the entire window. If your neighbor wants to see the sea between the trees in the morning and he encroaches on your open terrace, he risks having a view of something else... Last negative point: the bar. The view is dizzying, as are the prices (not shown). 28 euros 2 Aperol Spritz served with 2 tiny spring rolls on a dirty table. Go have a drink elsewhere unless you want to enjoy the superb view.

+Sea and mountain view not overlooked from the bedroom terrace overlooking the sea, swimming pool at the top with sea view overflow, access to the spa paying but reasonable, 3h 30 € for a free course, indoor heated swimming pool with sea view. .. The hearty breakfast on the terrace with a bird's eye view is a delight and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. A quiet little corner of paradise, really want to go back!!

-The lounge bar does not have a lounge atmosphere, it's a shame, but the rest is great!

We had booked 2 rooms for the next day. The hotel reminds us 3 times during the day to confirm that these are indeed 2 rooms, for 4 people with double beds in each of the rooms. Arriving there, the young girl at the reception told us that the reservation was only for 1 room and that it was going to be complicated because the hotel was full. They end up finding us a 2nd room but making us understand that we are very lucky when the error comes from them! We had also reserved a table at the hotel restaurant, we are picked up at the bar slightly early to tell us that the table is ready, the setting is magnificent but it is January and they leave the door to the terrace open because for people who go out to smoke there is no handle on the outside, so they would be blocked outside if we close the door, but we have all the cold draft coming at us and no other tables available... No solution, you have to eat in the cold. Some dishes were delicious but others did not deserve to be on the menu of a restaurant that wants to be of this quality... I ask what is the fish in the ceviche of the day, I am told a fish from the region without further explanation, result: it was a salmon tartare! As far as I know, salmon is not found in the Mediterranean... and a tartare has nothing to do with a ceviche. The desserts were good but not worth the prices charged. Overall result: we are greatly disappointed with the quality/price ratio. The view is breathtaking but the service leaves much to be desired, the hotel absolutely does not deserve the 4 stars it has and the restaurant is not of the expected quality! We won't be back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

Nice establishment overall. However, maintenance of the corridors leading to the rooms needs to be reviewed: far too many particles are lying around on the ground. Bathroom windows to review: in the evening you can see what is happening in the next room thanks to the reflection on the window of the railing of the terrace. Restaurant: very good menu! However, little laxity in the maintenance of the seats with wooden feet, 80% no longer had skates, thus permanently causing noise in the dining room but also in the rooms on the lower floor: a 1/2 day would have been enough to solve this problem very quickly as soon as it appeared (return to a hardware store and application of temporary pads) while waiting for the technical department to take care of it seriously!

It's a pity that we can't rate the SPA which, in my opinion, is a great asset of this 4* hotel restaurant. We had a magical time in this establishment my spouse and myself where I dedicated this place to make my marriage proposal with the collaboration of the staff who at the same time knew how to adapt, remain discreet and prepare in the shadows the decor for the request. I warmly thank these people who were able to receive us in the best conditions. This place with its magnificent setting, the SPA then the restaurant really seduced us and allowed us to spend pleasant moments of relaxation and discovery, I highly recommend. Thanks again to all the very professional and welcoming staff present on 27.03.23
