The staff was not only knowledgeable but also very kind which made my stay even more enjoyable. They were very attentive to my needs and went out of their way to make my stay memorable.
The room was also a highlight of my stay. It was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely interior terrace that allowed me to enjoy the fresh air of Paris while being in the comfort of my room. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the quality of the amenities provided.

The room was very nice and well equipped, offering all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay. In addition, she was very calm, which allowed me to rest and recharge my batteries after a busy day.

Impersonal and efficient welcome but a table just next to the door overlooking the garden (icy drafts included), almost in the dark (faulty light bulbs!): impossible to read the menu, forced to ask for a few olives and crackers … not a word of apology … we had to be really too provincial (even at the Parisian rate!): too bad!!

The staff were very welcoming and friendly from the moment I arrived, which created a very pleasant atmosphere from the start of my stay.
The decoration of the hotel is also very elegant and refined, which adds a touch of luxury to the experience. The room service meals were delicious and of high quality, which reinforced the feeling that I was in an upscale establishment.
Finally, I must emphasize the friendliness and punctuality of the valet, who made my trips very easy and pleasant. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at the Mandarin Oriental in Paris and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxury, quality experience. Bravo and thank you to the whole team for their excellent work!

At no time was I asked to book in advance, supposedly via booking, communication was not easy. However, via booking they were able to offer me dinner in the room. I therefore think that reservations by booking were not a priority

+We came to enjoy the pool but it was too cold. The room was very average at the level of the bathroom in 2 parts, small bath, non-separate WC, and little light.
The room service menu was not to our taste, few choices, so we ordered via deliveroo
Finally the breakfast was disappointing.

It's been several times that I pass occasionally on the terrace; drinks and service are always top notch.
