We went to the Hôtel de Crillon to spend an unforgettable weekend. We were greeted warmly by hotel staff who helped us get settled. The room we got was luxurious and tastefully decorated with plush beds and quality linens. The marble bathroom was very spacious and very well equipped with Italian toiletries and a mirror with a built in TV.
After freshening up our rooms, we took advantage of the hotel's various services, whether it was the indoor swimming pool, the spa and the gym. We also dined in the gourmet restaurant L'Ecrin and ended the evening in the lounge bar Les Ambassadeurs.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful, whether at reception, in the restaurant, at breakfast or even in the taxi service. I really appreciated their attention and dedication to making my stay as pleasant as possible.
On top of that, the setting of the hotel was just beautiful. I loved the elegant and sophisticated decoration of my room, as well as the comfort of the bedding. And to top it off, I was pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of champagne waiting for me when I arrived.
I would like to thank all the staff at the Hôtel de Crillon for their excellent service and kindness. It really made the difference for me and made my stay even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality place to stay in Paris.

First of all, the staff was exceptional, attentive to my needs and always ready to help me. In addition, the comfort of my room was incredible, I really appreciated the little touches that were made to make my stay even more pleasant.
The decoration of the hotel is also breathtaking. Every detail is carefully thought out and it shows in every piece. The hotel restaurant is also a must, offering refined and delicious cuisine.
The hotel spa was a true haven of peace and relaxation. I was able to enjoy a relaxing massage that left me completely revitalised.
Finally, the geographical location of the hotel is ideal for exploring Paris. I was able to easily get around the city to explore the sights and lively areas.

The service was also remarkable. The staff was efficient and smiling, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail.

I booked a massage at this Palace for my husband's birthday, specifying that I wanted him to be massaged by a female therapist. I was assured that would be the case and that the booking was for a female. In the end, a man was waiting for her and my request was therefore not respected.
We lost a day and his birthday surprise wasted.
It is inconceivable for a palace.
We won't be going back there again.

General welcome at the height of a Palace.
The Bar itself is in a very XNUMXth century setting, but with many judiciously modern touches: very warm and comfortable.
Superb cocktail and drinks menu, with a talented team.
Delicious tapas.
All of this allows you to spend a superb evening, crowned by an outing to Place de la Concorde.
