Hard to believe in a 3 star accommodation. I do not know the specific criteria but it is impossible for me. I stayed one night in the establishment, unfortunately the latter seems not to be finished at all. I went in tired, I came out exhausted and numb with cold. Indeed, there is no insulation, neither phonic nor thermal. The boiler room (of the large convector type for industrial kitchens, placed like that on the ceiling) makes a hell of a racket and does not heat up. So I spent the evening in a sweater and scarf, and at night, having to turn it off to sleep, made me sick (14-15° felt, 25 asked the thermostat which never reached it in 24 hours) . The access corridor to the rooms is refrigerated and as there is daylight around the doors, the cold constantly seeps in. In short, for the rooms, everything needs to be reviewed (I'm not talking about people who take showers at 5 a.m. or 1 a.m., it feels like it's literally in our own room). As for the restaurant, it's pretty good and quite plentiful, but not what can be called "gastronomic" (the room service also leaves something to be desired: lukewarm dish, scoops of ice cream served straight from the soup once you get to dessert, and the presentation not as good as at the restaurant). Attention also, even by reserving in advance a room with dinner, we were told that we were not expected at the restaurant and therefore that we were not sure of having a place. The breakfast meanwhile is quite substantial, and the room quiet. Too bad you just have to brave the cold and cover yourself to leave the hotel and reach the reception, a little further in a courtyard. Finally for the view, do not expect to see the castle of Lunéville, just opposite, unless you are on the second floor in a suite with bay windows overlooking it. Elsewhere, the view is a small courtyard since the hotel is actually at the back of the hostel, and the restaurant in between. Good point: friendly and attentive staff, free parking inside the hotel.

Really disappointed with this hotel. With my spouse we call in the morning to say that we are going to reserve a room from Sunday to Monday. They tell us no worries come and make the reservation at 16 p.m. What we do, and the, the person at the reception tells us that no it is impossible because the reception is closed on Sunday ....... whereas the same morning everything was OK according to their statements. Then this receptionist tells us that this morning, it was trainees who answered the phone.... without a solution and a total refusal on her part, we left empty-handed.... I don't find it professional at all and it worked. ruined the weekend my son was supposed to spend with his dad. So for that it's zero points for me. We wanted to do a stopover on our trip. So we were looking for the cheapest. We found 1 room from 2 to 41 euros. So we were expecting something like Formula 1. QUENENI!! the room is beautiful and has almost all the comforts (no air conditioning) maid is the only fault. The staff is friendly and smiling which for France is unexpected. The breakfast is top, industrial pastries cooked on site (really good), orange for juice, good yogurt. Quality continental breakfast. We were surprised and conquered. We recommend. To improve but I remain at 5 stars, invest in a mosquito trap to reduce the attacks would be great

Comfortable hotel, but 2 days in a row woken up by jackhammer work to repair an alley under the hotel. Unthinkable at 07:45 in the morning....when you enter the hotel late at night..... We booked for a group of 10 rooms for 2 nights. The reception was not the best. The zero organization. We were forced to check and correct the number of reservations several times despite a summary table sent by email, rechecked face-to-face and still not OK. Reception staff were not up to par at all. It is indicated on the site "cancellation free of charge" except that they did not reimburse us for 2 canceled nights .... On the other hand, the rooms, nothing to complain about and the competent cleaning staff! This hotel is well located but too bad, very dangerous to get out by car. This establishment billed me twice for the same room, (I had canceled because it was impossible to reach the reception during the hours when it is normally open). Then the hotel calls me and apologizes. While the receptionist had told me on the phone "I will transform the cancellation into a reservation again" after my departure from the hotel, the card was still debited for the amount of the canceled reservation. Hello, I wanted to take a few minutes to write a positive review for the Brit Hôtel de Lunéville and its restaurant where I recently stayed and dined. It recently changed owners and it shows! I have to say that I was very impressed. The welcome at the hotel was warm and professional, and my room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It wasn't big, but for a good night's sleep it was perfect. The meal at the restaurant was simply stunning. The chef clearly has an exceptional talent for marrying flavors and textures in a creative way. The ingredients were fresh and of high quality on a limited menu. All in all, I can't recommend this property highly enough for anyone looking for a quality hotel and restaurant experience. Thank you again for this unforgettable moment and congratulations to the whole team for their welcome.

The staff very welcoming and helpful. The evening meal is very good. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a view of the quiet swimming pool. The only problem is the room 104 that I occupied was that the bathroom door did not close well, I will return soon on a business trip for sure hoping that I will have a room with a shower instead of the bathtub.
