The hotel is located in a quiet part of town, which is ideal for those looking to avoid the hustle and bustle of the city center. There are also many restaurants and shops nearby which is very convenient.
The hotel itself is modern and well maintained, with spacious and comfortable rooms. I particularly liked the bed, which was very comfortable and allowed me to sleep well. The room also came with a flat screen TV and free WiFi which is always a plus.
The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful which made my stay even more enjoyable. They were very helpful in giving me advice on places to visit in the city and in answering all my questions.
The breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of hot and cold dishes, as well as fresh fruit and pastries. It gave me a good base for the day and allowed me to explore Rouen well fed.

All other equipment (table tennis, tennis) was impractical, the nets weren't even installed or dilapidated. The breakfast was not buffet but still cost the same price. The staff came into our room without knocking… We had asked for breakfast at 7:30 a.m. and we received it at 6:50 a.m., which cut into our sleep… Moreover, there was only a small bottle of shampoo and shower gel, there was not even toothpaste and the cleanliness of the bathroom was not impeccable, there was dust… 90% of the television channels did not work… The curtains were black…

The room was clean (still with a big spider in the bathroom. So it all depends if it bothers us or not)

-Frankly I didn't appreciate anything… coming out of the novotel in Toulouse I thought that all the novotels were harmonized… this one needs to be renovated… clearly… the swimming pool is small and was overloaded with people, the elevator was taken by the staff and therefore inaccessible to customers with their suitcases to go upstairs... the room is decrepit, old-fashioned in terms of decoration, paint, faded carpet, the toilets are similar to hospitals... the room for three is small... I thought I would take my time a little, I fled. That's a shame.

+The hotel is quite clean and in a beautiful natural park a few meters from the Zenith. The oersonnel is quite welcoming and the minibar was included. The room was quite large and well equipped.
-Nothing in particular. The room staff must be more attentive to the contents of the minibar because I found a container in the minibar which had been emptied by the previous occupants and not replaced. For the rest, everything was perfect.

I transmitted these comments to the reception when I left and the receptionist did not seem surprised and pointed out to me that the Accor group had left the novotel hotels abandoned and that the hotels had recently been taken over. by a new group.
The architects were thinking about revamping the establishments.
It is still regrettable to pay an excessive price during this period….

Dry bread – dry brioche – lime is served cold (scrambled egg…) only one operational coffee machine so you had to queue. And when we asked to sit on the terrace we were made to understand that it is difficult.

-Old-fashioned hotel, being renovated and as the choice of customer reception is made a priori by not choosing to show the best we have, I ended up in an 80s/90s room with plaster , very approximate shower seals and all in all a power outlet in the room. In short, very far from current standards, especially in a chain of a group that held the leadership at this price point. The image I have of it is that the next time, I will go elsewhere.
