The establishment has changed a lot! I was very disappointed by the rooms which are aging, as well as by the restaurant where the wait is endless and the food very average for the price!! It's a shame because the place is beautiful, but the hotel is not worthy of a 4 star.

Privileged location on the beach (very narrow), the 4 stars claimed are absolutely not justified. Deficient service, poorly maintained old-fashioned establishment, the rooms are small, are cleaned in a hurry without attention to detail (glasses, cups left dirty everywhere including in the sink !!!) we just walk around the bed, bathroom bath almost for one person, an empty fridge (except 2 small bottles of water), no other service offered except the beach on which no service is offered except old deckchairs and towels. Very high prices which absolutely do not correspond to the service. Very disappointing.

Shame this establishment is barely worth 2 stars. I thought I had my eyes full for my first 4 star, and well not at all what, certainly the reception is nice and amazes but that's it. The beach is not cleaned, the deckchair cushions are full of stains… In short, I gave 3 stars which in the end were worth 4 compared to this one. I recommend the Grecale. Certainly it is not at the water's edge but its jacuzzi, the decor of the rooms, the bedding a real treat!!!!

We have been coming here since 2015 seeing the establishment degrade more and more. It's no longer worth the price and service of the 4 star and it's a shame that they go for a walk to the Mariosa to see. Tonight at the restaurant we were shocked to see that all the tables unanimously complained about the kitchen. Some left without eating, we asked to recook veal meatballs which were raw, the cook refused at first but you saw that where to say no to recook meat? It's our last evening here and it really ruined this last evening for us Not to mention the aperitif that we waited 30 minutes, we went straight to get the glasses placed on the tray just behind us otherwise tomorrow we would still be there ! The staff is adorable but did not know where to turn following all these customer complaints…

The adjacent restaurant where breakfast and meals can be taken is very good, with a reduced but daily changing menu, the waiters there are also very pleasant. Notable negative points: - After the beginning of October, general heating is automatically activated, so the building becomes a real furnace. The only solution that was offered to us was to open the bay window wide to cool down, but it is complicated to sleep well in the cool without being devoured by mosquitoes with the lagoon nearby... The installation of a mosquito net should actually be studied. -The menu at the bars is excessive, count 28€ for two cocktails, too bad it does not encourage consumption.
