-We were located away from the main building so it was difficult to take advantage of the sauna or the jacuzzi, for example.
No wifi, no access for mobiles, only one key for the room. The layout of the hotel is cold, hospital atmosphere, no decoration, bare walls, random parking. The price is excessive and not justified.

At 162€ per room, a pity that a light bulb in the bathroom did not work
We could not test the jacuzzi, it is not covered and the rain was too strong.
For the restaurant: the waitress starts: dish error, soup served without rust and crouton, I am given the dessert menu even before having had the dish, she complains to the customers…but very nice and helpful.
If you want to be a 3-star hotel, you have to be more rigorous.

Presence of a jacuzzi and a sauna which, although in need of a good renovation, were functional.

-General condition of the 4-person apartment: broken floor tiles in the hallway, 3rd folding and rusty kitchen seat, dirty kitchen freezer, smashed kitchen sink cabinet, stained bathtub bottom... And when you report it, we'll tell you replies: “well yes…” Frankly it is absolutely not worth the 200€ spent…

+The building is beautiful, the garden is large and well maintained, the place is quiet and relaxing.

-The room is very well decorated, style, design, but absolutely unsuited to the needs of the customers: the chairs are uncomfortable, the covers are oddly folded, so that it is almost necessary to 'make the bed' before going to bed and in addition, the duvet for 1 person is put in a large cover size 2 people, so 'manage yourselves'. The bathroom is flooded after taking a shower and no other means of wiping the floor than with towels; there are no surfaces to put things (the surface above the toilet is badly placed is very high) the sink is unusable – very narrow and the water falls on the floor, not possible to bend over because of this of the mirror shelf.

Pleasant stay.

-Quite disappointed with the decor…. of everything and anything. The photos are misleading and therefore the promise is not kept. Hence the disappointment. restaurant not bad but without refinement.

Pleasant and relaxing, everything we were looking for in an idyllic setting!

The site is super quiet and the bedding very comfortable.

-Access to the apartment is on the second floor and from the car parked in front. In total no less than 45 steps to get there!! I do not recommend it for people with walking difficulties! Considering installing an elevator would be a good thing!
Specifying that the apartment is located on the second floor without a lift would be a plus in the description!….
I recommend calling the hotel to ask if you have difficulty walking to avoid this inconvenience; especially since the members of the reception are very available and would quickly find a solution! ..
To review the access road from the street to the building which is to say the least to be redone!… (separate slabs)
The armchairs in the living room are uncomfortable for watching television.

-cleanliness of the room was average: cobwebs, the sink was half clogged, the windows dirty, the view of the sea was on the side all for 329€!!!

-on the other hand photo on booking not contractual at all (damage) it would be enough to put the photos of the rooms and let the customers choose; it would be no surprise
And yes I thought I had booked a room with sauna included from the photos, what was my disappointment.
But I had read other comments in this direction and I wanted to trust, suddenly the price is a little expensive in my opinion

Good value for money

+The upgrade.. The exceptional view of the sea and the large room, the calm of the place..

-The lack of communication between the hotel and booking the reservation was not recorded. The evening meal too expensive the average quality but beautiful presentation

-problem of flushing, unpleasant, especially on an Easter weekend…
Fortunately, a member of staff has notions of DIY, and was able to make a makeshift repair.
We stayed at the hotel a few years ago, the water must be hard with limestone, maybe a revision of the pipes would be useful (especially since everything is built-in…)

A little disappointing compared to the expected performance.

-The wi-fi that does not work well, the TV managed by application and the cleanliness of the room. Armchairs or sofa stained with stains or with holes. We had to ask for the room to be vacuumed… after checking it was barely done. We dined only once in the restaurant, the quality and service/price ratio is mediocre.
