We arrived on Friday 09/10 and had booked for two nights.
When we arrived, the receptionist gave us a room, the cleaning was not done. It was 21 p.m. though.
We asked, he gave us another apologizing. Cleaning was still not done.
We complained again, we demanded a refund of the room for the two nights if it was not ok. He promised us a refund.
Housekeeping was done, but the room smelled of smoke.
Disgusted, we left the hotel and quickly found another, more expensive one. The receptionist gave us a nice "piece of paper" which is proof of reimbursement and promised us a refund on Monday. 11 days later, no refund. I tried to contact the hotel, I came across a different receptionist each time who told me that he was going to “report my complaint to his superiors and that they would contact me again”. I have been told this 3 times. The receptionist this morning kindly hung up on me twice before I had time to explain.
On Friday 09, I directly made a complaint to booking. The hotel refused the refund and they can't do anything because I paid at reception. However, I have a paper that proves to me the reimbursement of the room for two nights.
They have a nice central number which costs 0,35€/minute. They've already scammed me out of €137, now I'm going to have to pay to try to tell someone about my complaint.
Now I've paid €137 for two nights in a hotel where I haven't even slept, with proof of reimbursement which is useless since they are playing dead.

Being myself an amateur painter, the price of these paintings was exorbitant given the quality of the works exhibited.

April 6, 2023 at 9:00 pmSimple, unfussy hotel does not deserve 3 stars at all (and I know what I am talking about having run a hotel for 7 seasons), the common stairs and corridors could be much more attractive and clean But I can say that the bedding is perfect the room was clean there is no noise, the free parking closed and the breakfast quite correct for the price

+The dinner was very good, and not too expensive, we were able to eat on our arrival, the room the comfortable bed and the TV very good, the Wifi had a good connection. And we were next to our meeting place, we will surely come back for a congress in the region next year.
-We had no glass or soap on the sink, there was no product except liquid soap in the shower.
