The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a view of the quiet swimming pool. The only problem is the room 104 that I occupied was that the bathroom door did not close well, I will return soon on a business trip for sure hoping that I will have a room with a shower instead of the bathtub.

I wanted to take a few minutes to write a positive review for the Brit Hôtel de Lunéville and its restaurant where I recently stayed and dined.
It recently changed owners and it shows!
I have to say that I was very impressed. The welcome at the hotel was warm and professional, and my room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It wasn't big, but for a good night's sleep it was perfect.
The meal at the restaurant was simply stunning. The chef clearly has an exceptional talent for marrying flavors and textures in a creative way. The ingredients were fresh and of high quality on a limited menu.
All in all, I can't recommend this property highly enough for anyone looking for a quality hotel and restaurant experience. Thank you again for this unforgettable moment and congratulations to the whole team for their welcome.

Then the hotel calls me and apologizes. While the receptionist had told me on the phone "I will transform the cancellation into a reservation again" after my departure from the hotel, the card was still debited for the amount of the canceled reservation. So I paid twice for the same room. I would have done better not to go I do not recommend

We were forced to check and correct the number of reservations several times despite a summary table sent by email, rechecked face-to-face and still not OK. Reception staff were not up to par at all.

On the other hand, the rooms, nothing to complain about and the competent cleaning staff!

May 18, 2023 at 2:50 pmReally disappointed with this hotel. With my spouse we call in the morning to say that we are going to reserve a room from Sunday to Monday. They tell us no worries come and make the reservation at 16 p.m. What we do, and the, the person at the reception tells us that no it is impossible because the reception is closed on Sunday ……. while the same morning everything was OK according to their statements.
Then this receptionist tells us that this morning, it was trainees who answered the phone…. without a solution and a total refusal on his part, we left empty-handed…. I don't find it professional at all and it ruined the weekend my son was supposed to spend with his father. So for that it's zero points for me.
Be careful when you call you risk falling on incompetent people…..

I always stopped in this hotel when I came to rest when it was campanille and there I was on it at the level of the bedroom door system changing your system it's annoying to try to open a door that does not want to s open 590 km that I did need to rest don't want to go back for help or when mum 83 years old and left her room for a moment the door closed behind her, to come see me and she stayed locked outside for 1 hour on a Sunday morning the reception opens at 8am people to help us before because she had left her card in her room otherwise the room nothing to say the breakfast yogurt expired bauff at the taken or we rent the room tray still wet not wipe. very comfortable nikel bedding.
