Hotel well located in the city center, interior terrace, close to shops, restaurants, Wednesday market but also parks,… A few more welcome products on arrival as in other Ibis Styles would have been nice: bottle of water, box of paper tissues, put 1 towel in addition to the single bath towel/pers. , invite you to have a coffee/tea during the day. But we were able to have a cold bottle and an extra towel on request.

The maid as well as certain contacts at the reception were charming.
-Very very little service, justified by the covid, but even the breakfast trays are not picked up. In addition, the quality of the reception really depended on the person in charge of reception, twice we had people who did not even say hello to us… The lack of service (housekeeping, etc.) linked to covid n is not reflected in the price of the room, it's a shame

Breakfast, I consider the buffet could be more professional, ex. Label does not correspond to the product your brioche of the moment…. For the price it could be better stocked and more attractive.
I'm still waiting for the all-accor discount!!! No information received despite commitment when I left!
Finally I had not been warned that there was a party in front of the hotel. I was lucky enough to find the entrance to the garage on my second tour of the neighborhood because there were no parking restrictions.

Only the decoration of the reception and the breakfast room are above the other ranges
– Air conditioning/heating out of order… Auxiliary heating in place
– check in at 14 p.m. when it is listed as 12:00 p.m. on the hotel website. (Thank you to the receptionist for finding us another available room)
– lower quality of breakfast. Random baking of pastries. No eggs for breakfast. You have to cook either even soft-boiled eggs….. No one
– no water or coffee/tea in the rooms
The hotel has clearly gone down but remains very correct
For the +
– ideal central location
- clean
– welcoming staff
– fresh orange juice in the morning
– cheap family rooms
In short OK for the value for money of this hotel but be careful not to lower quality again and again.

Access to the hotel being difficult as the square was closed to traffic in view of a weekend party should have been mentioned to us before we arrived as we drove around in circles for minutes (after a long journey a bit irritating) before we found access to the car park from where I phoned to be given the code, which could have been told to us in advance.
