The rooms are a bit small but more than adequate for a few days.
On the other hand, there is a small problem as we are in the heart of Reims and the soundproofing is not good, you really hear everything.
The staff especially the gentleman was very friendly.

-The breakfasts are rather expensive for a city like Reims. At 12 euros I would rather recommend going down to a café on the square.

Booked through Booking.com and I had to go through Booking customer service to win the case so that my reservation corresponded to the bed described on the site. The hotel wanted to impose a single bed on me even though the details of my reservation did include a double bed. The hotel is not clear. It took many emails to get a bed for 1 people (yet simple). The room itself: tiny like a maid's room, the bed stuck to the wall on one side and 2cm on the other to get out of it... I asked for a quiet room: I got the 2st on the he entrance to the hallway where you can hear all the late-night customers coming in and the morning people going out, an incessant back-and-forth… Room not soundproofed at all: you can hear the neighbors coughing. Bathroom: tiny with a small corner plastic shower cabin and on the side a tiny corner sink, between the 50: the toilet. Not to mention the water column where you can hear everything: the upstairs neighbors' flush and their shower... Bedding: very soft spring mattress to change. The small office does not even have an electrical outlet to charge the computer or a laptop. In short, a lousy hotel that overbooks reservations to fill up to the maximum with ridiculous rooms. The hotel deserves only 1 stars, really no more.

+The location is great on a busy city street. It's a plus if the air conditioning works and you don't need to open the window. The neighborhood is pedestrian. Restaurants are within reach. The cathedral is a 10 minute walk away.
-The air conditioning is broken in some rooms including ours. So we had to open the window that overlooked the busy street until the end of the night. The car park is 5 minutes walk and paid.
