No bottled water available in the rooms.

The room very good, the breakfast very good. The quality of the mattresses nothing to say perfect.
The problem is the people smoking in the rooms and the temperature of it. We arrived to get our room, the window of the room open (it is between 1 and -1 outside) it should not be 10° in the room. We went back to the reception who kindly changed our room. This time no open window but a room worthy of a freezer. So we put the heater on full blast to try to raise the temperature. After 3 hours of intense heating, the room temperature is still freezing. We slept with our pajamas, tracksuit, sweater, sweatshirt, socks and coat under the duvet and we were always cold. Even after a night of heating the heating which was hot, the room should not have exceeded 16° since we spent the night shivering with cold… with snow falling outside it is still not normal to have rooms so cold!
We can understand that the heating should not exceed 19 for ecological support but when it is warmer at the reception in front of the door which opens and closes it is that there is really a heating problem in the hotel ! We will not be returning where in the summer only.

The breakfast is very rich and of good quality.
The only downside is not enough parking spaces.

+Very clean, attentive and helpful staff, efficient air conditioning, and secure parking. ideally located in front of a bus stop, very convenient for events at the zenith or in the center of Rouen.
-The bathroom is very cramped! And misplaced faucet, not very practical for tall and or strong people.

+This hotel is well located and has a good value for money
-a reorganization has been done, and unfortunately the breakfast side is really not practical... the staff is constantly putting food back, the buffet is too small and badly placed, nothing to put the trays on and even if it's is better for the planet, the fact of putting food in bulk means that people make their nutella toast in front of the pot, the jam ditto….etc….
For me that's really the downside.

+Located opposite the exhibition center and near a very nice restaurant. Pleasant reception by a fairly young staff. Hotel that seems very new or recently renovated. Very clean.
-Badly indicated from the road, deserves a large illuminated sign at the curb for night arrivals. The Ibis budget next door, which is higher, has a bright blue sign which is a little easier to see and you should know that the two hotels are bordering, which is not always the case in other towns.
A shelf in the bathroom would be welcome, but the bedroom was no less comfortable.

March 12, 2023 at 2:27 am2 nights spent in this hotel in a double room, the hotel is very pleasant with a nice and soothing decor, the only downside is the paint that is peeling off a lot in one of the bathrooms of our rooms, a bit bland for a hotel of this price but otherwise the rooms are very clean, spacious, the staff is really caring, we will come back without hesitation

Alas, total debacle at breakfast. The price has been multiplied by 2 for the Armada…but not the staff. Lack of everything… cutlery, soft pastries coming out of the microwave….. the crowds were predictable, total lack of professionalism.

-just cleaning the bathroom sink toothpaste stains not clean when we arrived and this in the two adjoining rooms and a small bloodstain on the bathroom wall

-The bathroom which was really not the one in the photos when I booked (the double sink has been transformed into a small lavatory in a cramped bathroom) and the same for the bedroom (no office as in the photos and small bedroom)
