The only concern we had was the heating in the room which was not heating very well.
We informed the reception who immediately changed our room. The room was clean, the pillows have a good consistency, they are not empty like some hotels.
The only thing missing in the bathroom is a toilet brush.
Otherwise good stay in this hotel nothing to complain about.

-The 150 euros of “guarantee” blocked without warning us on the credit card… released on 3/10 but still not on our card as of today…?!
The minimum would be that the customer be warned not everyone has a platinum…! and more than 10 days to release an amount on a credit card seems a bit long to me..

-The location in Rouen is not ideal. Suburban style. The environment of the hotel is dirty, dilapidated, not inviting to go for a walk. It takes a good half hour on foot to reach the center

Our night was peaceful and the breakfast delicious and good.
We were located not far from fast food not even 3 minutes by car.
The service leaves something to be desired. We had to call to find out what time we were due to arrive. We had a hard time understanding the lady on the phone.
Arrived on site, the lady was drunk and did not know how to tell us about the room. Return also of other travelers.

Very comfortable, especially considering the inexpensive price: we were pleasantly surprised. Well equipped room (hairdryer, kettle, good lights, towels, etc). Unlimited and good breakfast, with very nice staff.
-We were driving so it didn't bother us, but the property is a bit far from the center. The hotel car park is chargeable. There is free parking, we have no worries but we wonder if it is still "safe" because it is close to a stadium (perhaps this is a misconception)

-It's not your fault but the location: the neighborhood is quite out of the city center of Rouen and not very well located (lack of stores of first necessities around, remand center right next door and not very clean streets in general). Somewhat dubious activities around the hotel (prostitute), it does not play in favor of the hotel unfortunately.

+The equipment (bed, bathroom, television) was of high quality, nothing to complain about! It is the same for the breakfast which offered a lot of choice! Regarding parking, there must have been a misunderstanding because when I contacted the hotel, I had not been told that there was a charge. I thank the receptionist for the commercial gesture because of this misunderstanding.
-When I saw the view from my room which overlooked a rugby stadium, I was afraid for the calm but there was no match! Phew 😉 I couldn't locate the nuisance but I had some loud music until late at night on Saturday...
