The dust, the doors slamming at 8am and the workers working on Sundays (making noise despite their efforts), the smell of paint or other products… at almost €100… never again!

+the warm welcome of the staff, the reception of animals in the establishment. the rooms are comfortable and well insulated. everything is very clean.
-power outlets are missing next to the bedside tables, 1 outlet for all the room.
For the breakfast part, a pity that the bread must be cut by customers (this is unhygienic ..)

+The hotel is very well located near the shuttle. The shopping area opposite with shops and restaurants offers a lot of possibilities. The hotel is quiet with the possibility of eating out, the welcome is very pleasant and the service is good. The hotel and the room were clean.

The car park is well secured and the permanent presence of the CRS (due to the situation) is reassuring.
The breakfast is really fantastic: quality coffee, pastries, bread, eggs, fruit, yoghurts, cereals of all kinds… really excellent, we really enjoyed ourselves!
The room was immaculately clean.
The location of the hotel is excellent: 10 km from the car ferry terminal and very easy to access. Right in front of the Shuttle. Restaurants, cinema and shopping mall within walking distance.
-It was a bit too hot in the room.
The television was not working.
The single bed (triple room) is a bit narrow.
The room configuration was more like that of an Ibis Budget.

+It's not a boutique hotel of course, but it does the job! Spacious room, pleasant, helpful and smiling staff. Really good breakfast.
-There are a few accessories missing in the rooms. No electric kettle, no fridge, no socket in the bathroom. Mail the bedding is comfortable.

+Location very well located in relation to the Channel Tunnel terminal. Been to this place formerly Ibis hotel before.
-The only complaint we can make is the single bed which is not at all comfortable even for one night bed really too hard as if we had slept on a board.
