April 20, 2022 at 5:31 amRooms very small, a little outdated, only one power outlet for the whole room, no towel to wipe your hands, toilet in an inaccessible corner if you exceed 1,90ml, soap dispenser 1,70ml high so not very practical, and the worst the shower head impossible to use on its wall support which is almost no longer fixed to the wall.
An elevator breaks down with a lady in it on the ground floor but no one knows how to open the door in manual mode…
A staff who certainly speaks 10 different languages but has nothing to do with the service of a hotel which is not one for us has more than 308€ for 2 nights with breakfast (very correct breakfast despite everything) we find the value for money non-existent!!
Really super disappointed with this ibis…. we absolutely do not recommend and yet often travel to Accor hotels…

On the other hand a bit expensive for the quality of the room (musty smell, dust, poorly insulated and sometimes very noisy!) small room and bathroom… we hear the neighbors as if they were with us
Expensive parking to spend the night there but to take if you do not want your car to be destroyed or stolen !!! The street is not secure, They broke a window of my car…and stole my clothes inside…. I've done less expensive Ibis with much better equipment.

And malfunctions when we came: elevator broken down (traffic by stairs), cleaning staff suddenly entering the room without knocking, order errors (the restaurant is not recommended), ..CC: not good value for money -price even for Paris

Not much to drink at the bar. In the restaurant in the morning, not much to eat, no cup for coffee (cups) and in the evening always the same menu (starter / main course), almost no or few hot dishes and the little rest are cold. As soon as there are a few people, everything is empty. Last day no more hot water in the morning, it was already cold!

I do not recommend this hotel worthy of a Formula 1. If I could put 0 stars.

Choose the courtyard side rather than the perif side if you want a little more tranquility. An unacceptable error but which reflects the mediocrity of the hotel. Nothing better for breakfast. The only positive point, the quality of the bedding. I do not recommend this hotel.

Only two towels (large), normally we have two towels (one small, one larger) per person.
The identification in the elevator on the ground floor did not work. Being the fact that the reception was on the first floor, everyone could use the lift to get to the floors with the rooms. No security!!!
